At Markers & Headstones, we understand the sensitive nature of your purchase and offer returns on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the permanent nature of engraving, custom memorials are final sale unless they arrive damaged or contain a production error.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the item in its original protective packaging to prevent stone chipping or cracking during transit back to our facility.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend using tracked shipping for high-value memorials.
Inspection and Refund
Once our craftsmen inspect the item for damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
