What materials do you use for your markers and headstones?

We exclusively use high-quality, quarry-sourced granite and architectural-grade bronze to ensure every memorial withstands the elements for generations.

How long does the customization and delivery process take?

Standard orders typically take 6 to 10 weeks. This includes the design approval phase, precision engraving, and secure shipping to your residence or cemetery.

Do you ship directly to cemeteries?

Yes, we ship to all 50 states. We can coordinate delivery directly with cemeteries, provided they accept outside deliveries and you have confirmed their specific installation requirements.

Can I see a proof of the design before it is engraved?

Absolutely. We provide a digital mockup for every order. Engraving only begins once you have reviewed and provided written approval of the layout, spelling, and dates.

What is your return policy for custom memorials?

Due to the permanent nature of stone engraving, custom items cannot be returned. However, if there is a defect in the material or an error on our part that deviates from your approved proof, we will replace the marker at no cost.

Are there additional fees for cemetery installation?

Our prices include the product and shipping. Most cemeteries charge a separate 'setting fee' for installation; we recommend contacting your cemetery office to verify their local fees and regulations.
